Chair Yoga is a gentle, modified yoga class designed for older adults and those with mobility limitations. It focuses on performing traditional yoga poses while seated in a chair or using it for support, making yoga more accessible and comfortable for all. This class helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being — all in a safe and supportive environment.
