Our Zumba class is a low-impact, high-energy dance fitness class tailored for older adults. It features simple, easy-to-follow routines set to upbeat music, helping improve cardiovascular health, balance, and flexibility. Designed to be gentle on the joints while still offering a lively and enjoyable workout, Zumba is a great way to stay active and have fun!
